Building resilience and leadership under pressure have been the foundations of Will’s diverse career.

A former senior investment banker, he spent a decade in corporate finance, focused on the biotech, pharma and medical devices sector.

Will is the co-head of Brunswick’s Healthcare and Lifesciences practice around the world, advising huge multinationals and fast growing start-ups on capital markets, M&A, crisis and licence to operate. His time as Chief of Staff to the Chairman of Brunswick in London saw him deliver on the firm’s largest and highest-profile client mandates and enabled him to exercise his skill at coordinating and supporting high-performing teams—a capability he continues to employ.

As a consummate problem-solver with an analytical mind, Will advises clients across the healthcare sectors on cross-border, multi-disciplinary and multi-stakeholder challenges.

Will has a degree in Human Physiology from the University of St Andrews and conducted postgraduate research in immunology.
