Peter joined Brunswick in 2010 and has over 20 years of experience of advising boards, management and politicians on business critical issues.
He spent three years as head of corporate governance at AMF Pension, the Swedish pension fund, and six years as a senior investment manager at the Ministry of Industry responsible for, and serving on the Board of Directors of, several state-controlled companies.
Peter has worked on public takeovers such as Nordic Capital’s acquisition of Nordax and Inovalon, Ramsay Générale de Santé acquisition of Capio, Basalt Infrastructure’s acquisition of Nobina and defence in relation to Qualcomm’s offer for Veoneer, and advice on spin-off from Autoliv. He has also advised on IPO:s of for example Nordnet, Hemnet, Nordax and Com Hem. He has supported clients such as Nordea, Investor, Mölnlycke, Triton, Bridgepoint, Swedbank & SAS on a wide number of communications issues ranging crisis, investor engagement support and corporate positioning.
