Susanna Kempe joins Brunswick as a Partner in London

Global lead for marketing and content strategy.

Brunswick Group, a leading corporate advisory firm, announced today that Susanna Kempe will join as a Partner. Susanna officially starts on 6 June, when she will take up the newly created role of Group Content and Marketing Partner. 

In this role, Susanna will be responsible for Brunswick’s global marketing activities and the development of innovative content. Susanna will be based in London and report directly into Brunswick Group Chief Executive Susan Gilchrist.

Susanna brings significant marketing and digital expertise, drawing on experience of corporate and consultancy environments in senior leadership roles. She has also held senior roles at trend forecaster WGSN and global media company EMAP, where she latterly held the role of Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer. She also founded her own consultancy, Flying Trumpets.

Susanna Victoria Kempe joins Brunswick from running her own boutique consulting firm Flying Trumpets. Prior to setting up her own firm, Susanna was the CEO of WGSN, the fashion and trend forecaster. There she founded the Global Fashion Awards, WGSN Interiors, a Chinese version of the service and partnered with Vogue to launch the Vogue Digital Archive.

Susanna began her career in marketing and was CMO of IIR, the world’s largest conference business, and a lead member of the team that sold the company to Informa. At Informa, Susanna was both the CMO and Investor Relations Director before moving to Emap (now Ascential) to become Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer there.

Susanna read Philosophy and English at Cambridge University.
