Brunswick further strengthens its strategic advisory capabilities in China.
Brunswick Group, the world’s leading critical issues firm, today announced that QC Liang will join as a Partner on October 11, 2021 in the Beijing office.
QC brings almost three decades of strategic communications experience across a range of sectors and practice areas. Most recently, he was Vice President of Access Corporate Group, before which he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Hill+Knowlton Strategies in Greater China, where he managed operations across the region and advised clients on financial communications, corporate reputation, crisis management and ESG-related matters.
At Brunswick, QC will strengthen our strategic advisory capabilities in China, advising Chinese and international clients on a range of critical issues.

QC is a deeply experienced strategic communications advisor. For almost three decades, he has advised companies across sectors on their most pressing issues. Most recently, he was Vice President of Access Corporate Group and, prior to that, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Hill+Knowlton Strategies in Greater China, where he managed operations across the region and advised clients on a range of financial communications, corporate reputation, crisis management and ESG-related matters.
Previously, QC held various roles at the TCL Corporation, including Assistant President and General Manager of Branding, Managing Director of the TCL Media and Entertainment business and Secretary General of the TCL Charity Foundation. QC began his career at the China International Public Relations Association (CIPRA), before spending several years at Fleishman-Hillard and APCO Worldwide.
QC holds an MBA from the City University of Seattle and a BA in English and American Literature from the University of International Relations, Beijing.
