Peter Shafer joins Brunswick Group as Partner

Brunswick strengthens Insight, its global market and opinion research and analytics offer.

Brunswick Group, a leading corporate advisory firm, announced today that Peter Shafer has joined the firm as a partner in its Washington, D.C. office. Peter joins as part of Brunswick Insight, the firm's global market and opinion research and analytics offer. Peter has a proven track record in converting data-driven research into strategic advice, drawing on experience from leadership roles at KRC Research, Harris Interactive and The Gallup Organization.

For the past 30 years, Peter has been advising a variety of global corporate clients on successful approaches to managing public affairs issues at all levels of government, conducting effective marketing/branding research and using digital marketing data to direct business strategies. From authoring two books on public affairs metrics, to being CEO of KRC Research, to launching a series of new products for The Gallup Poll, he brings a wide array of experiences at the nexus between research and public affairs. Prior to joining Brunswick, Peter was most recently senior vice president for Toluna, representing a number of corporate clients as they moved into digital media marketing and research. Peter also works for the National Football League in its Game Day Operations staff on game days.
