Kristin Alena heads the Organizational Transformation practice (GER) and is a trained Executive Coach. She is particularly adept at handling situations that pose a threat to enterprises’ business and endanger their license to operate. Transformation and Crisis – these are the areas in which she brings her considerable expertise to bear.

Drawing on a deep well of post-merger integration experience and a strong set of leadership and change communication skills, she supports clients who are facing significant changes such as complex, cross-border integrations, reorganizations and restructurings as well as M&A and leadership transformations. Beyond that, she advises clients who aim to optimize their crisis response capabilities or are confronted with a major crisis. The life science industry is a focal point of her work. Kristin Alena has a keen interest in organizational psychology, neuroscience, and the human aspect of transformations. She has worked for Brunswick since 2008, prior to which she spent three years as a journalist with German public TV broadcaster ZDF.
