Julie Okada joins Brunswick Group as a Partner and Global Head of Learning and Leadership Development

March 7, 2022 – Brunswick Group, the world’s leading critical issues advisory firm, today announced that Julie Okada will join as a Partner and Global Head of Learning and Leadership Development on March 15, 2022, based in the New York office.   

Julie brings almost 15 years of experience in designing and implementing transformational learning and leadership development initiatives for global organizations. She was a Principal at Triad Consulting Group, where she developed expertise in negotiations and communication to improve leadership capability, organizational culture and team performance. Prior to that, Julie was an Executive Director at Duke Corporate Education and a Talent Management Consultant at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (BCBSNC). She began her career at PwC, where she launched the firm’s gender diversity strategy in Canada.

Julie was a Principal at Triad Consulting Group, where she developed expertise in negotiations and communication to improve leadership capability, organizational culture and team performance. Before that, Julie held several roles, including Executive Director at Duke Corporate Education, where she designed learning and leadership development solutions for global companies across a range of sectors, and Talent Management Consultant at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (BCBSNC). She began her career at PwC, where she launched the firm’s gender diversity strategy in Canada.

Julie received a BSc in Biology and Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management and a Master of Arts in Sociology from Emory University.
