Senior media executive to oversee Brunswick’s thought leadership content.
April 20, 2023 – Brunswick Group, the world’s leading critical issues advisory firm, today announced that Glenn Hall will join the firm as Partner and Executive Editor in New York on April 24, 2023. Glenn will be responsible for Brunswick’s thought leadership content globally.
Glenn has held leadership positions at many of the world’s leading business news publications and helped build and grow digital news start-ups. He joins Brunswick from The Wall Street Journal where, most recently, he was Head of Professional News and oversaw Dow Jones Newswires and the WSJ Pro and C-Suite services. Previously, Glenn was Editor in Chief of both MarketWatch and TheStreet and spent 10 years at Bloomberg in Europe and Washington, D.C. in various senior editorial roles.

Most recently, Glenn was Head of Professional News at The Wall Street Journal, where he oversaw Dow Jones Newswires and the WSJ Pro and C-Suite services. In this role, he worked closely with the commercial, data strategy and technology teams to identify opportunities and develop new features, with the objective of driving subscriptions. Previously, Glenn was Editor in Chief of both MarketWatch and TheStreet and was Managing Editor of The Blaze. He spent 10 years at Bloomberg in Europe and Washington, D.C. in various senior editorial roles, including as Government Team Leader, Transportation Team Leader and European Consumer Team Leader.
Glenn received a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Political Science from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science, Project Management from Boston University.
