Brunswick strengthens its investor relations capabilities.
October 28, 2022 - Brunswick Group, the world’s leading critical issues advisory firm, today announced that Craig Singer will join the firm as a Partner in New York on November 1, 2022.
Craig has extensive experience in corporate finance and investor relations. He joins Brunswick from Goldman Sachs, where he held a number of senior positions including Managing Director of Investor Relations in the Executive Office and Global CFO of the Consumer & Wealth Management division. Before Goldman Sachs, he worked in equity research covering U.S. large cap bank and brokerage stocks at Citigroup Global Markets. He began his career at Legg Mason in institutional client service and market intelligence roles.
At Brunswick, Craig will focus on strengthening the firm’s global investor relations capabilities, and will advise clients on financial situations, including M&A, IPOs and shareholder activism.

Craig joins Brunswick after almost a decade at Goldman Sachs, where he held a number of senior positions including Managing Director of Investor Relations in the Executive Office, where he managed relationships with the sell-side, investors and rating agencies, and Global CFO of the Consumer & Wealth Management division. He was also Managing Director in CWM’s Private Bank Select unit, where he led project management for digital banking products.
Before that, Craig worked in equity research at Citigroup Global Markets, covering U.S. large cap bank and brokerage stocks with a focus on capital markets and regulation. He began his career at Legg Mason, where he held roles at Legg Mason Capital Management and Legg Mason Wood Walker.
Craig received an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business and a BA in Philosophy from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
