July 20, 2022 – Brunswick Group, the world’s leading critical issues advisory firm, today announced that Christian Weyand has been appointed as Managing Partner, Germany, and Sabine Morgenthal as Head of the Frankfurt Office, effective immediately.
In the newly created role of Managing Partner, Germany, Christian will work closely with Paul Scott, European Managing Partner, and colleagues across the Berlin, Frankfurt and Munich offices to foster greater connectivity among those teams and with the rest of the firm. He will focus on creating further capacity in order to expand the firm’s capabilities, advise more clients and drive continued strong growth in Germany.
Under Sabine’s stewardship, the Frankfurt team will continue to enhance its capabilities for clients and deepen its expertise across sectors and practice groups.

About Christian Weyand
Christian joined Brunswick in 2002 and has been Head of the Frankfurt Office since then. He has wide-ranging experience of advising on major M&A and capital market transactions, restructuring, crisis and change management, and positioning and reputation campaigns targeting multiple stakeholders.
He started his advisory career 1994 in London before relocating to Frankfurt in 1998. He is also a trained banker.

Sabine has a long-standing record of advising companies on financial and corporate communication issues. She focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A, IPOs, financial restructurings, and corporate positioning. Sabine leads the Financial Institutions Group in Germany
