Antony Dunkels joins Brunswick Group’s Global Litigation Communications offer as a Partner in London

Brunswick Group, the strategic advisory firm focused on critical issues, today announced that Antony Dunkels has joined its London office as a Partner. As part of the firm’s global Litigation Communications offer, he will advise clients on a range of business-critical issues across litigation, disputes, regulation and policy.

Antony is a UK-qualified barrister with experience spanning a wide range of legal specialties, strategic communications, reputation management, crisis and business risk. Most recently, he led the Litigation and Legal Affairs practice at Edelman in London, where he was responsible for clients involved in high-profile legal proceedings, regulatory issues, disputes and investigations across a variety of jurisdictions and sectors.

About Antony Dunkels

Antony has advised on complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation and on some of the most high-profile disputes of recent years. Ranked in Chambers and Partners 2020, he has worked closely with lawyers, media and digital specialists, business intelligence and other professional advisors to ensure the most favorable outcome for the client.

Most recently, Antony was head of Edelman’s Litigation and Legal Affairs practice in London, where he was responsible for clients involved in high-profile legal proceedings, regulatory issues, disputes, or investigations. Prior to that, he was a partner at Bell Pottinger handling crisis and litigation communications, and he previously worked at other communications firms. 

Antony developed his expertise during a 12-year career at the Criminal Bar and as a lawyer at the Financial Conduct Authority, Enforcement division. Antony holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Bristol and a CPE Postgraduate Diploma in Law at the College of Law in London.
