Experienced investor relations professional strengthens Brunswick’s capital markets offer.
Brunswick Group, a leading corporate advisory firm, announced today that Amelia Pan will join the firm as a Partner based in London. Amelia will focus on Brunswick’s capital markets advisory offer, in particular helping clients identify and develop a long-term global shareholder base.
Amelia joins Brunswick from J.P. Morgan, where she was an Executive Director and led the international corporate access team for seven years in NY and London. In this role, she worked with global CEOs, CFOs and Heads of Investor Relations to identify and build relationships with strategic investors. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Amelia was at Cazenove, where she advised corporate broking clients on U.S. investors.

About Amelia Pan
Amelia Pan joins Brunswick from J.P. Morgan, where she was an Executive Director and led the international corporate access team for seven years in NY and London. In this role, she worked with global CEOs, CFOs and Heads of Investor Relations to identify and build long-term relationships with strategic investors. Amelia has worked with leading global companies across sectors and regions including: Standard Chartered, RBS, Vodafone, Rio Tinto, ASOS, LVMH, Daimler, Shiseido, Sinopec, Vale, and Ambev.
Prior to J.P. Morgan, Amelia spent six years at Cazenove, where she advised corporate broking clients on U.S. investors. She began her career as a research analyst at Merrill Lynch and worked on the buy-side raising capital for a hedge fund. Amelia holds degrees from the University of Michigan and SOAS, University of London, and was a Visiting Scholar at St Edmund Hall, Oxford.
