Having supported many Chinese and international clients, Scarlett has a proven track record of understanding stakeholder perceptions, developing effective campaigns, and navigating complex reputational issues. Many of her projects focus on media analysis, opinion research, message development and campaign effectiveness evaluation, and appreciation of relevant geopolitical issues, and global and domestic events, that can have an impact on client businesses. Scarlett has rich experience at conducting focus groups and in-depth interviews with her RIVA moderator training certification, and has worked across sectors, including healthcare, automotive, technology, financials, fashion, and respected NGOs.
Scarlett holds a Bachelor of Science in International Finance from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics and a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Bath. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
