Reg joined Brunswick from Altria Group, where she led consumer and marketplace insights teams for Altria’s operating companies, serving as an internal consultant to executive leadership, Brand Management, Strategy & Business Development and Human Resources. She most recently was Director, Workforce Planning, responsible for enterprise workforce analytics and employee engagement insights.
Prior to Altria, Reg worked at McKinsey & Co. in the Consumer Packaged Goods practice, serving as primary research support for global engagement teams across all facets of the consumer goods industry. She started her career at Leo Burnett/Starcom, in global media research.
Reg has a B.S. from Northwestern University, and PhD candidacy (A.B.D.) at University of Michigan
