Eilís is a Partner in the specialist financial services team at Brunswick and advises clients on a range of areas, including financial media and investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, crisis communications, issues management and corporate positioning.

She has over 20 years of experience in capital markets transactions, which in recent years have included RSA’s sale to Intact and Trygg, UBI Banca’s defence against a hostile takeover by Intesa San Paolo, UKAR asset sales, and ReAssure’s planned IPO and eventual sale to Phoenix.

She also has significant expertise in reputation defining mandates, driving long-term value for clients across the financial services sector. Her corporate reputation mandates have included work for Barclays, Aviva, RSA Group, St. James’s Place, Julius Baer, AIB and TP ICAP. On a pro bono basis, Eilís has worked for The Coalition for Inclusive Capitalism and Save The Children.

Eilís joined Brunswick in 2000, after relocating to London from Dublin where she worked for Carr Communications.
