Chris has extensive experience in advising U.S. and international companies in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sectors and across the Consumer Industries. He counsels clients on a wide variety of communications and corporate reputation matters, including financial communications, corporate positioning and narrative development, executive profiling, media relations, stakeholder engagement, litigation and crisis management.
Chris has particular experience in M&A and IPO communications. He advises on transactions ranging from high-profile or contested capital markets deals through to private debt and equity raises, both international and domestic, as well as public listings.
Chris joined Brunswick in 2012, having worked previously for a digital communications firm in London.
