Chris works principally with companies in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors and across the Consumer Industries. He advises clients on all aspects of communications and corporate reputation, including financial communications, corporate positioning and narrative development, executive profiling, media relations, litigation and crisis management.
Chris has a particular focus on M&A and IPO communications. He advises on transactions ranging from high-profile or contested capital markets deals through to private debt and equity raises, both international and domestic, as well as public listings.
Chris joined Brunswick in 2012, having worked previously for a digital communications firm in London.
