Harry Clark has been active in the New York financial and Washington public policy community for his entire career. His distinctive expertise is helping organizations develop strategies to enhance and protect their reputations and successfully manage complex policy issues, strategic transactions and crises.

His current and former clients include Bristol-Myers Squibb, Citi, Eli Lilly, Facebook, Google, Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade & Investment (METI), Mars Inc., Medtronic, Mexico’s Office of Privatization and Public Credit, MetLife, Microsoft, NASDAQ, the Pharmaceutical Research Manufacturers Association (PhRMA), Silver Lake Partners, Stanford Medicine and Travelers Insurance.

Mr. Clark was Counselor to Ambassador Bob Zoellick and the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) from 2002-2004. He advised USTR on political and strategic communications issues and on alliance building with the U.S. business, trade association and NGO communities.

Mr. Clark is also a Senior Adviser with the Albright Stonebridge Group and serves on the board and audit committee of the Sound Shore Fund, a $2B equity long only mutual fund. He also serves on the board of directors of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and its Emerging Issues Committee.
