Elizabeth Volpe

Elizabeth advises clients on a variety of critical business situations, including M&A, shareholder activism and IPOs. With a background in investment banking, she brings a strong understanding of the investor audience to her work. Elizabeth’s deal experience spans a broad range of sectors including financial services, healthcare and consumer retail.

She has worked on a number of transactions at Brunswick, including AB InBev’s acquisition of SABMiller, GSK’s acquisition of Tesaro and its consumer healthcare JV with Pfizer, Walmart’s acquisition of Flipkart and and PepsiCo’s acquisition of SodaStream. Her shareholder activism clients have included AIG and Yahoo. 

Prior to joining Brunswick, Elizabeth spent six years as an investment banker in UBS’s Financial Institutions Group. At UBS she advised global life and P&C insurance clients on M&A, shareholder activism and equity and debt offerings. She received a B.A. in International Relations with a concentration in Political Science from Wellesley College.
