Phyllis Opoku-Gyimah – otherwise known as Lady Phyll – is a pioneering activist and campaigner for equality. She is the co-founder of UK Black Pride – the world’s largest Pride event for queer people of colour. She’s the Executive Director of Kaleidoscope Trust, an NGO which supports activists campaigning for LGBT+ rights across the world. She is named on the list of 100 Great Black Britons, as well as the World Pride Power list.
