Rachael advises multinational companies in China on corporate reputation building, focusing on profile-raising activities, antitrust regulatory processes, public affairs, and issues management. Since joining Brunswick in 2011, she has advised many international companies on reputational crises, including high-profile government investigations, geopolitical issues, product recalls, and labor disputes.

She also brings extensive experience in building international communications programs for Chinese companies going global. She has supported high-profile Chinese companies through complex regulatory and financial situations, including potential U.S. Entity Listing, U.S. IPOs and cross-border M&As, and engagement with international media.  

Prior to Brunswick, Rachael worked in professional services marketing and communications, and led the business development activities for a UK trade and investment organization in Beijing. 

Rachael has been based in Beijing since 2005. She holds a BA Honors in Mandarin and French from the University of Newcastle.
