Meaghan Ramsey appointed Chief People Officer

March 17, 2023 – Brunswick Group, the world’s leading critical issues advisory firm, today announced that Meaghan Ramsey has been appointed as Chief People Officer, effective immediately.

Meaghan will lead the firm’s People function globally, overseeing all talent and organizational development and human resources efforts. She will step back from her current role as UK Managing Partner and Co-Head of the London Office.

About Meaghan Ramsey

Meaghan has been UK Managing Partner and Co-Head of the London Office since January 2021, having joined Brunswick as a Partner in 2016.  Before co-leading the London office with Tom Burns, Meaghan helped develop the firm’s Business & Society team in London and was London’s People Partner, including during the critical first few months of the pandemic, with oversight of all People-related workstreams in London. 

Meaghan also has extensive experience in advising large and complex organizations on their most critical societal issues. She is particularly experienced in helping global companies demonstrate leadership through periods of change, having worked with companies across sectors and from all regions of the world on issues from climate change to financial inclusion, human rights to access to healthcare, sanitation and education. 

Meaghan joined Brunswick from Unilever, where she led the global social impact work of some of their largest brands. She was nominated for the 2015 Women in Business: Australian Business Woman of the Year in the UK Award in recognition of her work on Corporate Purpose.
