Jeanmarie McFadden has over 30 years of experience in strategic and crisis communications. Most recently, she was the Chief Communications Officer at MetLife, where she led all internal and external communications.

Prior to joining MetLife, she served as Managing Director and Head of Global Corporate Affairs at Morgan Stanley and sat on the board of the Morgan Stanley Foundation. At Morgan Stanley, she was responsible for media relations, internal communications, philanthropy, branding, marketing, advertising and corporate events. She was also a member of the firm’s Management Committee. Before her time at Morgan Stanley, Jeanmarie was Managing Director and Co-Head of Corporate Communications in the Americas for Credit Suisse. During her time there, she was responsible for designing and implementing the media strategy for the global investment bank and recruited and led the media relations and internal communications teams.
