Alex Finnegan

Director

Alex is a Director in Brunswick’s Washington D.C office. He advises a range of U.S. and international companies on financial and corporate communications and public and regulatory affairs. He was previously based in London where he helped drive Brunswick’s UK public affairs practice and worked for three years for Brunswick’s Chairman, Sir. Alan Parker.

Alex specializes in U.S.-China transactions and advises companies undergoing review by The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) on their communications. His recent experience includes Syngenta-ChemChina, Haier-GE Appliances, Lattice-Canyon Bridge, Xcerra-Sino IC, Zoomlion-Terex and Nokia-Alcatel-Lucent, among others. Clients have included Stanford School of Medicine, Hertz, Marsh, Santander and Fifth Third Bank.

Before joining Brunswick, Alex worked as a political consultant in Westminster in the UK and worked as a Press Officer for the British Labour Party in the North West during the 2010 General Election. He was educated at the London School of Economics and Oxford University.
