Prior to joining Brunswick, Youmna worked in broadcast, digital, and print media, most prominently as the Head of the English News division at Future Television, and as the Beirut Correspondent for China’s Global TV Network (CGTN) and Turkey's TRT World.

She is also the creator, producer, and host of “Y Chats,” Lebanon’s first English language YouTube talk show.

Over the course of her career, Youmna has interviewed over 500 political, social, and cultural figures including such luminaries as former French President Nicolas Sarkozy, WikiLeaks Founder Julian Assange, former US Senator John McCain, Lucy Hawking, and Brazilian football legend Ronaldinho.

She has also served as a Master of Ceremony and panelist at dozens of conferences and forums with the highlight being the Davos World Economic Forum where she was a panelist on the evolution of political Islam, and the role of the public sector in attracting millennials.
In addition, Youmna has consulted on several projects for UN Women, UNESCO and UNFPA, focusing on such issues as gender-based violence during the pandemic and freedom of the press, as well as providing training on how to approach sensitive topics in broadcasting in the Middle East.

Naufal received her MA degree in International Relations/International Business from New York University in New York.
