He advises clients in various sectors on several types of business-critical situations, with a strong focus on financial situations and cross-border mandates for international clients.
He notably worked on the acquisitions of Airgas by Air Liquide, NOL by CMA CGM, Westfield by Unibail-Rodamco, Tiffany & Co by LVMH and Varian by Siemens Healthineers. He also advised on the public listings of Endeavor, Duolingo and Universal Music Group.
Prior to joining Brunswick, he has worked in Hong Kong for three years within Pernod Ricard's Asia Travel Retail entity where he held several financial and business analysis positions. He holds a Master in Finance and Strategy from Sciences Po in Paris.
