Users Will Soon Be Able to Schedule Posts on LinkedIn and Instagram

The two platforms will soon allow users to schedule posts within the upload interface. Once live, test this function to accompany a content strategy and remember to assess the environment before scheduled posts publish.

Instagram Stories Lengthen

As video continues to be the most engaged with content across platforms, now videos shared to Stories can be up to 60 seconds. Find ways to incorporate long-form, narrative video within Stories where possible to increase engagement.

Facebook Allows Cross-Promotion of Instagram Reels

Reels can now be remixed and cross-launched to Facebook even if users do not have a Facebook account. While the Reels can be seen by anyone, experiment cross-posting this format surrounding milestones to increase visibility.

Twitter Blue Launches

Twitter has officially launched its new 'Twitter Blue' subscription service, which enables users to pay a monthly fee to gain access to a range of additional tweet features and tools, including editing of tweets, among other perks. Twitter will continue to evolve and build upon Twitter Blue under new ownership. Be sure to monitor changes on the platform and determine if the environment is right to post.
