REPUTATION MATTERS CYBER | Brunswick Group

REPUTATION MATTERS:

The Brunswick programme for Non-Executive Directors.

Today, Non-Executive Directors must anticipate and navigate risks that would be alien to Boards of twenty years ago.

The Reputation Matters programme is designed to provide you with deep insight into emerging trends and best practice examples to help you navigate this new corporate risk environment.

Our first session on Thursday, 19 September 2024 will discuss the rapidly evolving cyber security environment and the role of NEDs in ensuring businesses prepare adequately in the event that they suffer a cyber-attack.  I am delighted that Nicola Hudson, former GCHQ Board member and co-lead of our cyber security practice, will be joined by Felicity Oswald, Interim Chief Executive Officer of the NCSC, to discuss these trends and best practice. Our senior advisor, Paddy McGuiness, will provide insights on the geo-political factors driving some of these trends.

Other topics we will be covering early in the programme include ‘How to respond to an activist’s demands’, ‘The five big themes impacting board reputation’ and, in the New Year, ‘Navigating geopolitical risk and opportunity’.

Time: 5.00pm - 6.30pm
