She works with clients to build programs and campaigns that deliver societal impact and financial growth side-by-side. She has advised leadership teams on ESG issues across industries including consumer goods, professional and financial services, pharmaceuticals and energy.
Nora brings fifteen years of experience leading social impact work across the corporate, philanthropic, and non-profit sectors. She joined Brunswick from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where she spearheaded the design and launch of a new ten-year strategy to advance women's professional leadership in key countries and industries. In previous roles, Nora served as communications advisor to Melinda French Gates and oversaw the global nutrition advocacy strategy. Earlier in her career, Nora worked with UN agencies and non-profits with the communications firm GMMB and did development policy work for the global anti-poverty organization, ONE.
