He specializes in providing strategic advice to business leaders, founders and promoters to enhance the value of their businesses. He joins Brunswick from financial advisory firm, Backbay Advisors, which he co-founded and where he served as a Partner.
Previously, Munesh has also led the Corporate Finance & Business Restructuring team at PwC and the Investment Banking at DSP Merrill Lynch and, before that, the India operations of NM Rothschild & Sons. He began his career with Arthur Andersen, where he became a Tax partner and subsequently set up the corporate finance function.
Munesh is also an independent director on the boards of several companies in India.
