Joe Shipley


Joe runs integrated campaigns for clients experiencing sustained public scrutiny. He has helped insurers, private equity firms and banks campaign for more effective regulation. He has worked with the pub sector to manage parliamentary criticism. And is currently working with higher education providers to make the case for a new approach to student immigration policy.

During his time at Brunswick, Joe has also advised on the IPOs of Allied Irish Banks and Saga Group, the debt-for equity acquisition of European Directories by Triton, and the restructuring of the Dubai International Capital European portfolio. Other clients have included EDF Energy, Hiscox, RateSetter, Santander and Tesco.

Joe joined Brunswick from the private equity firm Permira in 2010.
