Heather Salmond is a Brunswick Partner and head of Brunswick Abu Dhabi. Heather has 19 years’ international communications experience in London, New York and the Middle East with one third of her working life spent in the United Arab Emirates. She specialises in advising clients across a broad range of industries on critical issues that affect corporate reputation, valuation and business growth.

Heather provides strategic counsel on a variety of complex business issues and develops and executes communications strategies for transactions and integrations, leadership positioning and executive profile raising, corporate reputation and employee engagement.  Her sector interests are financial services, healthcare, education, infrastructure and alternative energy.  

Previously, Heather spent a number of years advising international companies on communicating their equity growth stores through transactions, IPOs, capital raising and special situations, predominantly in London. Throughout her career she has actively counselled entrepreneurial entities, developing effective communications campaigns to support business growth. Heather has written various publications and guides on “Communicating an IPO” and has been a regular speaker on the subject, joining the London Stock Exchange on its presentations around the world. She contributed to the book “Going Public: The Essential Guide to Flotation” published by Kogan Page Ltd.

Heather read Modern Languages (Spanish and French) at the University of St Andrews and graduated with MA Honours.
