Brunswick Arts managed international communications for the launch of He Art Museum helping navigate construction delays, opening postponement, and installation and shipment challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Brunswick Arts prepared a major communications campaign to launch the new He Art Museum (HEM), including building a core narrative and key messaging that would resonate in the international landscape. The campaign focused equally on the museum's architecture designed by Tadao Ando and on the new museum’s administration, infrastructure, and programming.
When the COVID-19 outbreak occurred one month prior the original opening date, our global team managed the postponement and the cancellation of overseas advocacy events. We later advised HEM on its opening for the domestic market, including announcing adjustments to the premiere exhibition.
