The Giacometti Foundation opened a new space in June 2018, the Giacometti Institute, dedicated to exhibitions and study of the artist’s work, and its creative context.
One of the unique highlights of the institute is a permanent reconstruction of Giacometti’s studio, preserved by his widow. Brunswick Arts worked closely with foundation director and Giacometti expert, Catherine Grenier, for six months to develop an international campaign for the Institute’s opening that favorably positioned it in key countries throughout Europe and in the US.
Results:
The reconstruction Giacometti’s studio and the original concept of the Giacometti Institute made it to the major National picture slots highlighting the importance of supporting researches dedicated to his work, allowing an intimate experience to the visitor and access to the archive for educational purposes.
