Derwent London is one of the capital’s most innovative property regenerators, its buildings known for their attention to detail, which had to be matched in its reporting.
Working closely with teams across Derwent, we brought fresh energy to the report, introducing a new Reasons to Invest section and emphasising non-financial as well as financial information throughout. From the typography, photography and layout to the foiling on the front cover and the special binding, form and function come together in complete harmony.
In a year that saw the new UK Corporate Governance Code come into effect for the first time, we also brought governance to life with a series of impactful graphics. The 2019 Annual Report balances the interests of investors and wider stakeholders in a way that is Distinctively Derwent.
