Dana joined Brunswick in 2019 from Citigate Dewe Rogerson where she served as executive director and head of Shanghai office. Dana has extensive experience across the public and private sectors, and in both consulting firms and in-house positions. She has a track record of helping multinational companies enhancing reputation, engaging with employees, developing corporate social responsibility strategies and managing crisis situations.

Prior to joining Citigate Dewe Rogerson, Dana worked in leading communications roles at Asia Pulp and Paper, Johnson Controls, and Outokumpu where she was Director of Communications and Marketing for APAC. As a member of Outokumpu’s global communications and marketing management team, she played an important role in driving company-wide marketing planning, global branding and employee engagement. Dana was also part of the transformation team that was responsible for driving change after a major M&A.

Dana holds an MA degree from the University of Ottawa in History and Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Victoria. She is the co-author of the book Interview with World Famous University Presidents and Chancellors.
