Bryan provides strategic counsel to clients in a range of areas, including corporate positioning and reputation management, narrative development, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, shareholder activism and crisis communications.

In addition to his strong focus on media relations, Bryan manages Brunswick’s Healthcare & Life Sciences practice and is member of the firm’s Financial Institutions Group.

Since joining Brunswick in 2015, Bryan has worked for a variety of clients in the healthcare and financial sectors to help shape their corporate story, including Johnson & Johnson, Illumina, Teladoc, Zocdoc, Santander, U.S. Bank, Fidelity and BNY Mellon. He also has significant M&A experience, having worked on AkzoNobel’s takeover defense against PPG and Zoomlion’s proposed acquisition of Terex Corporation. Bryan has also worked on several IPOs, including Blue Apron, Sprinklr and Laureate.

Prior to Brunswick, Bryan spent six years at Joele Frank, most recently as their Director of Media Relations. He graduated cum laude from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations
