DEI is vital to our firm’s success and to the success of our clients. Our people are at the core of everything we do. When, individually and collectively, we emphasize the wellbeing, inclusivity and advancement of our colleagues, we empower each other to perform at our peak for one another and for our clients.

This report summarizes the progress we made on DEI last year and highlights the collective efforts of our global colleagues as we continue our journey of building a diverse, equitable and inclusive firm.
