Zoe Hetzner is a Director in Brunswick’s Washington, D.C. office. She specializes in crisis preparedness and crisis response and is a member of Brunswick’s Cybersecurity & Privacy practice.

She has worked on a range of cyber crises for clients in technology, financial, retail, healthcare, media, and other industries, including HBO’s high-profile 2017 breach. She also designs and delivers simulations to help corporate leadership teams build and test their crisis response capabilities.  

In addition, she has advised on complex public affairs campaigns, helping companies and coalitions tell their stories to government and regulatory audiences. Her experience includes working with the satellite industry on the FCC’s mandate to clear C-band spectrum for 5G use.

Prior to joining Brunswick, Zoe worked at the Massachusetts Office of International Trade and Investment and at the Liberty Square Group, a lobbying and public affairs firm in Boston. Zoe received a B.A. in International Affairs from Northeastern University
