Virginie advises senior management of major companies, helping them understand and meet shareholders’ expectations on financial and ESG issues.
She has supported critical mandates and helped build trusted, long-term relationships with clients.
Prior to joining Brunswick in 2022, she spent more than 25 years in investment banking, serving as Managing Director for esteemed international financial institutions like Deutsche Bank and Nomura. She served as Global Head of Coverage and M&A for Natixis, and before that, Senior Vice President, Head of M&A, at EADS.
Virginie graduated from Sciences Po (Institut d’Etudes Politique de Paris) and holds an economic degree from Paris II Assas University. She was a member of the Executive Committee of Natixis and Lagardere, and has served as an independent board member for Vallourec, Lagardere, and Mediobanca.
