Tom Maginnis

Tom specializes in advising clients on complex litigation and crisis-related matters. He regularly counsels companies – with a particular focus on the healthcare sector – on navigating mass tort litigation, civil and criminal government investigations, congressional inquiries, hearings, intellectual property disputes, leadership transitions, and other high-stakes issues critical to corporate reputation.

Before joining Brunswick, Tom held roles at APCO Worldwide and Burson-Marsteller, where he focused on issues and crisis communications.

He has lived, worked, and studied in the UK, Spain, and Switzerland. He holds an M.A. in Spanish from Middlebury College and a B.A. in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University.
