Tariq is a seasoned advisor, with 15 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors. He has completed complex assignments across various sectors and has in depth expertise in the Saudi market having been based there since 2009.

Tariq is Head of Brunswick’s Riyadh office and has led multiple engagements for clients in KSA as well as global entities with a presence in Saudi Arabia. He was part of the team that has successfully supported the public listing of Arabian Drilling, led on the communication workstream for Lucid Motors as they established their presence in Saudi Arabia, and is currently leading a strategic advisory engagement for a leading culture entity in the Kingdom. Moreover, Tariq leads the regional ESG team for Brunswick and works closely with colleagues globally to support on sustainability, climate, and wider ESG mandates.

Prior to joining Brunswick, Tariq was a Director with PwC Consulting in the Middle East, where he supported the firm’s growth in Saudi Arabia. Tariq has led multiple engagements and worked extensively on various Vision 2030 programs including the Financial Sector Development Program (FSDP), Human Capability Development Program (HCDP), Quality of Life Program (QoL), and the Health Sector Transformation Program (HSTP).

Tariq was educated in the UK, gaining a BA from Newcastle University and a MA from Durham University.
