Stuart is a leading member of Brunswick’s Spain practice. He focuses primarily on the energy and resources and private client sectors. He has a wide range of experience in advising major corporations on both financial and corporate communications, including corporate positioning, complex high profile M&A, restructurings and crises.

In June 2014, Stuart completed a 3 year secondment to the US where he helped launch and build Brunswick’s Dallas office. He also runs Brunswick’s annual WEF programme in Davos.

Prior to joining Brunswick, Stuart trained and qualified as a lawyer at Weil Gotshal & Manges. At Weil, Stuart played a significant role in the Lehman Brothers restructuring. In 2005, Stuart graduated from Oxford University with a BA in Medieval & Modern Languages. He has lived in Seville and Paris and speaks French and Spanish.
