At Deutsche Bank, Stefanie helped re-shape the bank’s dialogue with internal and external stakeholders and supported the transformation of the bank’s corporate culture throughout a period of strategic challenges and intense public scrutiny. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Stefanie spent 15 years in Asia Pacific. For nearly a decade, she was responsible for brand and internal communications as well as CSR for Morgan Stanley in APAC. Previously, Stefanie worked as a consultant advising automotive, luxury goods, financial services and technology clients on public and investor relations, product and corporate communications.
Her core competencies include change management and employee engagement, senior management communications and positioning, restructuring, regulatory and crisis/special situations communications.
