Sebastian is a Director in Munich and specializes in financial situations and issue management. He has advised a wide range of international and German companies on M&A transactions, complex financial restructurings and crisis situations.
Before joining Brunswick in 2018, he gained experience at the state parliament of South Tyrol (Italy) and at The World Bank in Washington DC. Sebastian holds a Master’s degree from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
