Sayagi has complementary experience advising clients on litigation and disputes, hostile M&A defense and antitrust cases, where she covers financial, political and social issues and stakeholders. She is a member of our M&A and Litigation practices and has particular expertise counselling family and founder-led clients. Sayagi has also worked on cybersecurity response and preparedness.
Most recently, Sayagi served as Chief of Staff to Sir Alan Parker, Chairman and Founder of Brunswick Group, in London. She focused on management and governance priorities for the Group, as well as engagement and strategy for the Chairman’s client portfolio. Sayagi was involved in the development of the firm’s partnership with its investor, BDT Capital Partners.
Sayagi read International Politics at King's College London, during which time she also spent a semester at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and specialized in foreign security policy. Sayagi was President of King’s Think Tank, Europe's largest student-led policy institute, and is a native French and Tamil speaker.
