She was formerly Chief Sustainability Officer of the U.S. restaurant chain Just Salad, where she managed the supply chain team, expanded the brand’s industry-leading reusable packaging program nationally, pioneered first-of-their kind restaurant carbon labels, and oversaw the B Corp certification process.
Sandra has consulted for global private-sector and nonprofit organizations on a range of topics including animal welfare, supply chain decarbonization, and net-zero target-setting, among others. Previously, she held roles at Citigroup and Morgan Stanley, working across Corporate Affairs, Digital Marketing, and Global Sustainable Finance. Earlier in her career, she was a financial journalist at Bloomberg News.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University and a Master of International Affairs degree from Columbia University.
