Tracey Travis joins the Brunswick Group Board as a Non-Executive Director
Brunswick Group, the leading global advisory firm, today announced that Tracey Travis has joined the firm’s Board as a Non-Executive Director.
Tracey brings deep financial, operational, and governance expertise shaped by a multi-decade career spanning global consumer, retail, technology, and professional services industries.

The Board is chaired by Sir Alan Parker, Chair and Founder, and comprises Henry Timms, Chief Executive Officer, Andrew Fenwick, Co-founder and Chief Financial Officer, Louise Charlton, Co-founder and Vice Chair, Tom Burns, Chief Operating Officer, and as Directors. The Non-Executive Directors are Amy Essner, President at BDT & MSD Partners, Geraldine Buckingham, Non-Executive Director of HSBC Holdings, Deborah Majoras, Director of American Express and Valero Energy, and now Tracey Travis, who also serves on the Boards of Meta Platforms, Inc., Accenture plc, and Hyatt Hotels Corporation.

As a seasoned public company board director and former Fortune 500 CFO, Tracey brings deep financial, operational, and governance expertise shaped by a multi-decade career spanning global consumer, retail, technology, and professional services industries.
She currently serves on the boards of Meta, Accenture, and Hyatt, where she has chaired Audit and Risk Committees and participated in strategic transformations, including diversification initiatives and leadership transitions.
Her executive experience includes CFO roles at three public companies—most recently at The Estée Lauder Companies, where she led the initial creation of shared services, as well as the Strategy, M&A, and Information Technology functions during periods of rapid international expansion. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Ralph Lauren, The Limited, PepsiCo, and General Motors, instilling a disciplined, insight-driven approach across the organizations she led.
In addition to her corporate board work, Tracey is deeply committed to advancing education, the arts, and global policy. She serves on several not-for-profit boards, including Columbia Business School, Lincoln Center Theater, and the Council on Foreign Relations.
