Paul has extensive experience in all aspects of critical communications, working both in-house and with agencies on major cross-border transactions, integration projects, IPOs, crises, capital markets communications and issue management. Paul has a particular focus on capital markets and special situations and has advised on a broad range of high-profile projects.
Prior to joining Brunswick in 2005, Paul held a number of communications and investor relations positions, both in-house and with agencies, in the United States, UK, and Germany, starting with Daimler-Benz at the time of the merger with Chrysler. He graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S. in International Economics and is fluent in German.
