Tristan joined Brunswick in 2019 where he specializes in financial communications (IPO, M&A, Investor Relations), crisis communications and corporate reputation.

Since joining Brunswick, Tristan has advised a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors, on transactions, capital markets events, financial disclosure strategies, and reputation management, both in France and internationally.

Prior to joining Brunswick, Tristan spent five years at Newcap, a financial communications consultancy, where he advised listed and private companies on their investor relations and financial communication strategies, supporting them in building long-term relationships with financial stakeholders.
