As a seasoned public company board director and former Fortune 500 CFO, Tracey brings deep financial, operational, and governance expertise shaped by a multi-decade career spanning global consumer, retail, technology, and professional services industries.
She currently serves on the boards of Meta, Accenture, and Hyatt, where she has chaired Audit and Risk Committees and participated in strategic transformations, including diversification initiatives and leadership transitions.
Her executive experience includes CFO roles at three public companies—most recently at The Estée Lauder Companies, where she led the initial creation of shared services, as well as the Strategy, M&A, and Information Technology functions during periods of rapid international expansion. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Ralph Lauren, The Limited, PepsiCo, and General Motors, instilling a disciplined, insight-driven approach across the organizations she led.
In addition to her corporate board work, Tracey is deeply committed to advancing education, the arts, and global policy. She serves on several not-for-profit boards, including Columbia Business School, Lincoln Center Theater, and the Council on Foreign Relations.
